The TLC Independent Living Supportive Housing Program provides safe, stable, and structured housing for veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and adults ages 18 and older who are seeking a pathway to long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.
This program serves individuals who are capable of independent living and do not require 24-hour medical or custodial care. Our housing model is designed to support residents as they transition from homelessness, housing instability, or other challenging life circumstances into a more stable and self-directed living environment.
Residents are offered shared or private bedroom accommodations, based on availability, within a supportive, community-oriented setting that promotes safety, accountability, and personal responsibility. The program aligns with Georgia supportive housing best practices by providing essential housing supports while encouraging independence and community integration.
